About
Helping authors turn one book into a lifetime of authority.
Eny Osung is a British-Nigerian publisher, speaker, and LinkedIn strategist. Founder of Global.Media. 8x Amazon #1 Bestseller. Host of Eny's Happy Hour and The LearnIn podcast.
The short version
I help ambitious authors, entrepreneurs, and coaches publish books that actually sell. Not vanity-press trophies. Real books that open doors, fill rooms, and create legacy.
Most of my clients come to me with expertise and a story. They leave as published authors, Amazon #1 Bestsellers, and speakers with a platform that keeps paying for years.
How I got here
I was born in August 1974, British-Nigerian by heritage, London by home, with a psychology degree from the University of East London. The psychology piece matters. Publishing a book is not really a writing problem. It is a belief problem. Most people who want to write a book never finish one because the inner critic wins. My work is as much about helping people trust their own voice as it is about print files and Amazon categories.
I started Global.Media over ten years ago as a marketing agency. It evolved into what we do now: a publishing-and-platform company for people with something to say.
The pivot came during the pandemic. I gathered a group of entrepreneurs and authors and we wrote one book together, as an anthology, to capture the lessons we had just lived through. That book, Lessons We LearnT From COVID-19, hit Amazon #1 in eight categories internationally. It taught me that a well-run community launch could beat a well-funded solo launch nearly every time. That insight is now the backbone of our Guaranteed Amazon #1 Bestseller service.
What I do now
- Publish authors. Through Global.Media we guide clients through the full arc: write, edit, design, publish, launch, and monetize. Our Amazon #1 Bestseller campaign has a 100% success rate.
- Host conversations that matter. On Eny's Happy Hour I have interviewed 200+ entrepreneurs, authors, and leaders. On The LearnIn I go deep on specific skills over 47 episodes.
- Teach LinkedIn.I run a weekly LinkedIn Audio called “Being Your Authentic Self In Business.” I coach clients on how to use LinkedIn as the slow, compounding authority engine it actually is.
- Speak on stages. I travel to events to speak about publishing, personal branding, and community-driven business.
Who I work with
Ambitious authors, entrepreneurs, coaches, and service businesses. Particularly African diaspora entrepreneurs in the UK who want to publish a book and use it to build authority, serve their community, and create something their family can inherit.
Faith-driven, legacy-minded, and ready to put in the work. I am not the right person for people who want a shortcut or who want to outsource the actual writing to a ghostwriter while they check out.
Influences
Jim Rohn on personal responsibility. Bob Proctor on how belief moves before action. My grandfather on the Nigerian principle that your name outlives you, so be careful what you put behind it.
